Toxic culture. High turnover. Devisive management - Academic Successs Coach Lansing Community College Employee Review

Management is very cut throat and it affects the culture down to front line employees. I observed high level management from the Provost to front line employees in entry level roles and all individuals in between "disappear" over night. They were fired without explanation. The culture is very cut throat. There is a knife behind your back constantly as other employees, mid level managers, to high level leadership are all trying to survive the hunger games culture on the admin side of the college.
