Some staff are excellent to work with and some instructors are excellent.

Cons

Same as above which is what makes the place so mediocre..the bad staff and administrators and lousy teachers bring down all the excellent staff, instructors and administrators.

LCC pays well especially as compared to other colleges in the area. The advising team is very supportive of each other and works to maintain a collaborative culture.

Cons

Advising is not often appreciated by other units on campus. Often times, administrators complain about the effectiveness of the advising team. Constant critique is very devaluing.
