Pros
A young but heavily fast growing firm with lots of young co workers with a casual culture and casual attire to boot. A happy hour bar cart goes around every thursday where you can drink beer and wine in the office. You'll be fed a lot and there is a culture committee that works on improving the office culture. Really awesome innovative product that is disrupting healthcare for the better. There is a lot to do and if you enjoy the start up work life, this will be a good fit.
Cons
The firm is trying to force a 100% onside policy but won't back it up with resources. Downtown is also costly! The hourly workers will get a stipend for parking but if you're salary, be sure to negotiate more salary to cover the cost of downtown parking and lunches. Depending on your department you may also have terrible work-life balance. The IT resources, or rather lack of, aren't appropriate for the level of speed and growth the firm wants to achieve. A lot of MANUAL WORK is needed in every department when there is a clear ROI on automation and time to free up staff to work on other projects.
