The company is dedicated to addressing some of the fundamental issues in the healthcare system in terms of uncontrollable costs, poor quality and lack of transparency. Through the SurgeryPlus solution, the company creates the opportunity for ordinary people to receive affordable, higher quality care for their complex healthcare needs. The ability to work for a company where I know we are positively impacting people's lives is by far the most rewarding aspect of working for Employer Direct. 2) Senior Leadership: The ensemble of individuals assembled on the Company's leadership team is second to none. They are passionate about our mission and work tirelessly to provide a solution worthy of the members who use it.
