3yHi, we appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We take the health and well being of our employees very seriously. Any employee that is facing any type of health related situation (whether mental or physical health) is encouraged to work with the HR team to understand options for care and accommodations. Employees are educated during their new hire orientation and open enrollment periods of any and all benefits available to them. Also the HR team is required to maintain confidentiality should an employee need an accommodation for a physical or mental health reason.
EDH does have high standards for employee performance. Employees receive compensation increases based on their performance. All of our management team is responsible for giving feedback and conducting thorough reviews semi-annually. These feedback sessions are a great way for both employees and managers to redefine what success looks like in each role. If you felt this was not done, I encourage you to reach out directly to the HR team to discuss.
