Supervisor - Supervisor Lantern Employee Review

Pros

Company has room for growth

Cons

The supervisors are fully aware that the workload is unreasonable, yet they remain silent, which puts new hires in a difficult position. If newcomers voice concerns about the workload, they end up looking bad in comparison. Favoritism is rampant, with the director and long-time supervisors—who all started as CAs—sharing a close-knit bond and being far less welcoming than they seem. New supervisors are given minimal training despite high expectations, and the workplace is filled with gossip and subtle bullying, resembling high school dynamics. The workload exceeds 50 hours a week, often extending into weekends, leaving no room for work-life balance. The old team tends to unite against anyone they don't like
