Pros
HR training super easy. Decent Health Benefits Interviews are very easy
Cons
Communication between HR and work places is basically zero. Most new employees are left outside waiting for someone for at least an hour till someone comes and gets them. Employees have to wait several months for a solution to a technical problem at work. Company requires people to work overtime with no extra pay often to impress customers. HR policies are constantly shifting in reducing benefits across the board often. Pay is pretty low for industry standard and Raises are rarely around the 2% mark. Took away employee time off and forced most to use it during Corona Virus. There is very little social engagement between managers and employees. However interactions are usually negative experiences. Managers often act out in unprofessional manners. There's not a lot of room for growth professionally. A great company to start off your career but not for a long term career.
