Where to begin.. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews on this site. The scathing ones are the true reflections of how this company is run. - This is a privately owned, family run business. If you want a chance to move up the ladder, make sure your corporate politics game is up to scratch. - There is no "tech firm" feel about this company at all even though it technically is in the industry. They use management and corporate strategies that are extremely outdated (eg, employees have to clock in and clock out every day). Don't think this is a Google or a Facebook type company. It is far from it and it will never reach that level. - There is no autonomy and you will constantly be micro-managed and patronised as if you are a child (even though they will claim they are not until their dying days) - The company is deluded in thinking they are the "thought leaders" of the industry - the Laserfiche technology is in fact light years behind competitors. - Some managers will literally (and I am using this word correctly) berate and shout at their employees just because they can. Worst - some have even brought up previous experiences when they have done exactly that and bragged about it. If there is one thing this company can do well, it is their ability to make their employees feel worthless. - I have seen at least 20 people leave during my time at the company (some even without a job lined up). When asked about why they left, ALL of them brought up one reason - management. - HR? What HR? - Inter-department collaboration is generally fine but anything that requires higher escalation, you'll be stuck in the middle of an ego fight between two managers. In turn, this leads to delays and ALOT of frivolous back and forth. And all this is just the tip of the iceberg.
