Pros

-Good place to learn straight out of college -Fun colleagues- generally a young crowd -Free lunch

Cons

-Poor management who make rash decisions. They do not consult with their team or talk with employees when they have an issue. Instead, they have fired multiple people out of nowhere. -Extremely political- if you're not in the inner circle, you're out of it. -No enthusiasm from any of the management or employees. It's boring and things such as the Christmas party make you feel like you're a chuck-e-cheez. -They lead with fear and do not focus on the individual growth of their employees. -Marketing is the CEOs pet, sales is treated as second class citizens. -TERRIBLE pay -Promised promotions and passed up on

Pros

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. If you're looking for a good company that's smart and actually cares about its employees, you should totally check out Laserfiche.

Cons

Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Pros

Decent work-life balance and benefits Hybrid work (although jobs could be done fully remote)

Cons

Low trust in employees’ ability to do their job. Upper management and executives set expectations that just make the job more difficult especially when flexibility to work with multiple time zones are a must.
