× There's no transparency about anything, e.g. the nebulous "salary bands".
× Rampant favoritism for promotions.
× Management is becoming increasingly erratic. Political issues (including sudden, unjustified firings due to personality clashes) have started to overrun even the development department, which seemed RELATIVELY drama-free for a while.
× All LF's "values" center around serving the customer, not doing right by employees.
× When I left, employees were becoming increasingly unhappy with the company.
Overall, even though there's some good to be gained from the experience as a fresh-out, I don't think you should join even in that case. It'd sustain their business model of hiring & underpaying bright kids, not bothering to invest in them because they figure they'll just leave in a couple years anyways lmao.
