Young environment under management They provide an activities area They provide lunch daily if you make it on time

Cons

Old style management with no change in sight in all business segments Micromangement galore Very one way style of doing things with little to no innovation Useless daily meetings to check in Extremely underpaid compared to actual market averages. Heavy asian corporate influence with little to no work life balance No upward movement based on meritocracy only pure seniority

Pros

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. If you're looking for a good company that's smart and actually cares about its employees, you should totally check out Laserfiche.

Cons

Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Pros

Decent work-life balance and benefits Hybrid work (although jobs could be done fully remote)

Cons

Low trust in employees’ ability to do their job. Upper management and executives set expectations that just make the job more difficult especially when flexibility to work with multiple time zones are a must.
