Pros
Assuming you are a good team, you'll have good work-life balance. Ignore how cheesy it sounds from the executives, there are great teams that are able to balance heavy workloads with personal conflicts and mental health. Good work life balance doesn't mean you work less. It means you work differently! Tasks are handed out and people on my team self balance the work. If I have a personal emergency, others step in and I'm expected to reciprocate when they others are in need. Seems to be the unspoken rule. There are a lot of great people managers here. One of them is my manager. She didn't force me to write this review. We have our one on one every week. And we hold a larger team meeting twice a week. We get free lunch. But that shouldn't be the reason you join. Benefits are decent. Could be better. Overall, during my 4 years here, there have been some amazing moments and some dumpster fires. The good out weights the bad. So I'm still here.
Cons
This place is great for people in mid-career. I found it easy to jump in when I got joined. Granted I has two previous jobs and I was familiar with what I had to do. I can't saw the same for new grads. The system isn't setup well for those that need a lot more hand holding.
