Pros

It was good until it wasn’t. The presales team has an excellent manager.

Cons

It used to be great - now it’s a dumpster fire. They’ve recently been letting amazing people go with no warning or performance plan. They don’t even always announce it, you just follow up on an email only to realize that person you were working with just got fired. They also did a re-org in which they promised there would be no layoffs, and then soon after did layoffs and cited the re-org as a reason. Leadership plays fast and loose with your personal information and impedes all employee-led efforts toward a more inclusive culture. The immature CEO will talk bad about you behind your back, and roll his eyes at concerns about discrimination. HR will gaslight you over and over until you want to scream. Abusive managers go unchecked until employees don’t feel safe to report them because nothing ever comes of it.

Pros

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. If you're looking for a good company that's smart and actually cares about its employees, you should totally check out Laserfiche.

Cons

Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Pros

Decent work-life balance and benefits Hybrid work (although jobs could be done fully remote)

Cons

Low trust in employees’ ability to do their job. Upper management and executives set expectations that just make the job more difficult especially when flexibility to work with multiple time zones are a must.
