Pros

Good experience; good work/life balance; high 401k match; friendly employees; free lunch.

Cons

- Company is sales oriented instead of technology oriented, where development evolves around a core management team that do not have technical background and at the same time lack the mentality, vision and aggressiveness that a technology company should have. Thus, even though it's been around for decades, it's still a small/medium size company. - Company values tangible assets above employees, thus causing disrespect, distrust, stinginess, and lack of encouragement and motivation for good performance towards employees. As a result, all major departments have high turnover rates. - Family-business management structure where relation is above ability.

Pros

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. If you're looking for a good company that's smart and actually cares about its employees, you should totally check out Laserfiche.

Cons

Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Pros

Decent work-life balance and benefits Hybrid work (although jobs could be done fully remote)

Cons

Low trust in employees’ ability to do their job. Upper management and executives set expectations that just make the job more difficult especially when flexibility to work with multiple time zones are a must.
