Pros

There is a great culture of collaboration and mutual respect across the company. Standards are set high, but communicated in a positive way and modeled by leadership. Work-life balance is real and reasonable hours and flexibility are great benefits.

Cons

At least currently, the company is fully virtual, so if you want to be in an office every day, that would be a con. At the same time, there is significant collaboration required for all roles, as well as regular Zoom meetings and in-person gatherings that foster community and interaction.

Pros

Latitude actually walks the talk when it comes to peer-to-peer service and respect. People treat each other like trusted professionals, and leadership truly listens. The work feels meaningful, and it’s refreshing to be part of a company that genuinely cares about the team, the clients, and the candidates.

Cons

If I had to pick something, I’d say I wish the benefits were a touch more affordable. That said, the compensation is strong and helps balance it out, so it doesn’t feel like a dealbreaker—just an area that could get even better as the company grows!

Pros

flexibility, contract rate, communication, experience

Cons

contract rate paid not comparable to contract rate billed, but that's the benefit of not having to carry own business
