Latitude actually walks the talk when it comes to peer-to-peer service and respect. People treat each other like trusted professionals, and leadership truly listens. The work feels meaningful, and it’s refreshing to be part of a company that genuinely cares about the team, the clients, and the candidates.

If I had to pick something, I’d say I wish the benefits were a touch more affordable. That said, the compensation is strong and helps balance it out, so it doesn’t feel like a dealbreaker—just an area that could get even better as the company grows!

I was very happy with the management aspects of the Latitude organization. The people who were my contact points were always available, including to help me navigate some awkward situations a client was dealing with.

The compensation rate was a little low for the kind of work that was being provided.
