Pros

There are some really great people that work for Lattice. It is a very tight community, and there are a lot of opportunities to learn and travel.

Cons

They have sent many jobs overseas. Management turnover is very high. It seemed like every quarter there were layoffs and it was very unstable and stressful. Darin (the CEO) had pretty much replaced every high level manager with someone else, many of whom he was buddies with from different companies. It really gave a message that it was more important who you were friends with versus how hard you worked. It's also not a great place to work as a female...

We are glad your time here was spent in friendly environment and had the opportunity to learn and travel! We strive to build a strong, supportive, and exciting workplace for all of its employees. At Lattice, our goal is to treat all employees with respect and we select employees for advancement based on their skills and abilities. In the past two years, we have hired and promoted several female employees into senior leadership positions. We value your input as we continue to build our talent bench strength. We have indeed seen change in management positions as we have worked to put the right people in the right places for future growth.

Pros

Good team, at least at our local level and others in our team at other sites, we worked well together and got things done.

Cons

Management change-overs. In my time there, my direct supervisor had changed 6 or 7 times, position above that 2 or 3, CIO changed 3 times, and CEO changed 3 times. My entire chain of command from just above me to CEO, had changed multiple times since I started. This contributed to lack of focus on our team, and lack of any kind of career progress for me.
