Hard to find some stuff on the floor (Bushings, collets) Brand new equipment, but still some old stuff that should be retired

Pros

Machining is everywhere from below average but never better than average

Cons

Many issues. Routers are always wrong and not found out until production. Lots of scrap. Shop was in chapter 11 and will be there again.
