Pros
I've worked for Laudisi Enterprises for a few years in various roles and my experience has been consistently rewarding. Laudisi offers competitive pay, great benefits, and plenty of advancement opportunities. As long as you show up, work hard, exercise sound judgement, and have a positive attitude, you will succeed here. In just a few short years I have gone from an entry level position to a salaried role, where I am trusted to handle internal projects and represent the company at industry events.
Cons
There is a certain degree of autonomy that comes with working here, meaning employees are given quite a bit more room to work without micromanaging or constant feedback. While I view this as a positive, It is understandable if most are unaccustomed to such a working environment and feel that their hard work goes unnoticed. If you are looking for "at-a-boys" , pats on the back, or other sorts of praise, you may find yourself unsatisfied. From what I have witnessed during my time with Laudisi, if you aren't getting addressed by management you are doing something right.
