Working for SmokingPipes.com is the best job I’ve ever had. The people are friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is chill, and there are many “perks” to working here like company events that are more like team building events but without all the "big corporate” fluff. The managers ask that you work hard but we got lots of latitude and freedoms that most people don’t get in their careers. Just for instance, I don’t “get in trouble” when I’m five or ten minutes late because my employer recognizes that i’m a valuable asset to the team. I’ve worked for these guys longer than most, and I’ve seen some “mixed” reviews from disgruntled employees on sites like this. I’ll tell you quite honestly I think that a lot of people have trouble working in the kind of environment that’s not so mapped out, where your manager isn’t breathing down your neck. I know it sounds crazy but I think some people just need more structure than that. Quite honestly the people that have been fired since I’ve been here are the kind of people that take advantage of a employers generosity and then get fired and then wonder why. Don’t listen to the haters. Laudisi is great!
