      Support from upper management, focus on safety, communication, ability to move in company.

      Cons

      Growing to fast - They keep buying up companies which is taxing upper management and the corporate side. It is also hard to get away from work. 24/7 facilities require employees that may need help at all hours.

      They will give you lots of overtime at their different sites and it’s overtime after 40hrs.

      Cons

      Manager sometimes micro manage drivers.
