      Simple job only basic backing skills needed

      Cons

      All about the numbers. Example: no idling even though it's 20 with a wind chill of -2 degrees and sleeting ,you can freeze but don't idol a truck. Highly tolerant of lazy, do nothing employees, Critical of those who keep the company going. Equipment is in bad condition.

      They will give you lots of overtime at their different sites and it’s overtime after 40hrs.

      Cons

      Manager sometimes micro manage drivers.
