      Pros

      Free coffee. Pay is on time and you don't have to fight for overtime pay.

      Cons

      The managers are constantly watching you. They will show up at random times and do an evaluation. The switchers are considered over the road, so they do a log book and they don't get paid overtime. The trucks are in horrible condition. The managers cuss in front and sometimes at you.

      Pros

      They will give you lots of overtime at their different sites and it’s overtime after 40hrs.

      Cons

      Manager sometimes micro manage drivers.
