I’ve had a very positive experience working at LeadVenture. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and focused on continuous learning and growth. One thing I especially appreciate is the emphasis on professional development and teamwork. Colleagues are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed. The company also does a good job of adapting to change and encouraging new ways of thinking. Like any organization, there are areas that could continue to improve, particularly around prioritization and communication during fast-moving initiatives, but overall the environment is motivating and rewarding.

Good people on the front lines

They are owned by venture capital company. They moved most of the jobs overseas. It's a good company if you're right out of college as a first job. Otherwise the pay is terrible, way below industry standard.
