Leader is a company that is successful in spite of itself. The company has one goal, to make money for the Mason family and keep them happy with their wealth. In your time there you will see some employees treated better than others and this is only based on their longevity with the company and not the work they provide. You will see owners out of touch with the employee needs, when the owners are actually in the building. You'll be told that your part of the Leader family but unless your last name is Mason, it's a lie. The company has a variety of cliques and they will gang up on you if they don't like you. If you report it to HR you will be deemed a trouble maker and than management will focus on trying to force you to quit. The HR department is an absolute joke. She is there to protect the company and that is all. Any real complaint or concern will be swept under the rug or you'll be told "It's a family owned company. It's just the way it is here" If you are looking at this company for a technical career than you have the talent to go somewhere that will treat you with respect and pay you what you are worth. Look elsewhere.
