Bad work culture, unprofessional - Customer Service Representative Leading Edge Connections Employee Review

the people are lovely. it’s really like a 2nd family

great job but there are downtimes. it’s slow for the majority of the year

Easy job for the most part

low pay, EXCESSIVE micromanagement, rude managers. Company likes to weaponize the fact that they can see when/how long you are working and will be sure to use it against you if you are not working efficiently. They like to say "oh we can ALWAYS see what you're doing" on top of that they have a tracker that you have to use after every ticket is submitted. This tracker timestamps each time between the tickets that are submitted so they can know exactly how long it took for you to work each ticket. As if that's not enough, they also have a timeshift clock that lets them know exactly how long you've been on the clock. If this isn't micromanaging, idk what is. The manager likes to bully us and warns us "you guys don't wanna see my bad side", a LEAD has even said "I'm afraid of said manager" Said manager likes to act like she's the CEO of the company the way she micromanages. All for the lovely pay rate of $13. NOT worth the stress.
