Working at Demand Media in 2016 [Tech side] - Anonymous employee Leaf Group Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We do strive to keep our positive culture and increase employee happiness. I would say our benefits are above standard and continue to improve. Demand provides a robust medical plan (medical/dental/vision), an open vacation program, as well as great maternity/paternity benefits. Demand Media has pivoted from its legacy and the tech side of Demand Media has also changed throughout 2016. The company is moving forward and businesses are getting stronger each day. I am not sure when you left the company, but the stacks throughout the properties have advanced and teams are continuously strategizing on how to improve its products, including its stacks.
