We're sorry that you feel as though you are not in a good group. We do hope that you've been taking advantage of the methods we encourage to change that (speaking to your manager, HR Business partner consultation, Glint and Reflektive surveys , etc) in addition to posting this review. We have been investigating tools that wold allow a 360 process that is beneficial and not complicated so we do appreciate that advice.
