Thank you for your feedback. We value the insights from current and former employees on how we can grow as a company. As we refer back to our recent engagement survey, we are working on ways to upskill leader/manager training and communication across the board. Building capability in our leaders and managers and clarifying and making progress on our communication with all employees in the company are both 2023 priorities for the company. We are taking specific actions that include clarifying our communication strategy, providing manager training, and articulating what successful managerial efforts mean at Leaf Group.
