- Horribly outdated technology and misuse of technology for no good reason - For the size of the product and the size of the team, the tech debt was horrendous, and that can be owed in part to how strictly they adhered to agile for such small upgrades. The product was treated with kid gloves because if you blew too hard it might topple over, and suggestions of maybe starting from scratch seemed unwanted even though it was clearly a burden to the end user as well.
