Pros
Main pros: -Leadership is receptive to business related ideas/improvements from employees regardless of seniority and job title -Great access to customers and insights in the cannabis industry -Great for people who love start-ups and shaping a developing industry -Great people to work with -fully remote -great culture around unlimited PTO - everyone takes as many days as they want/need, vacations and time-off are never questioned
Cons
I think for some, their biggest con would be that at times the company/leadership can feel disorganized and not united - i dont think leaflink is a fit for people who prefer more structure and a clear focus Although it may feel disorganized, you never get bored - you get to make pivots in real time as you test out products and ideas never seen in the b2b cannabis space General Cons: -leadership is lacking a figure who is active in the cannabis community -lacking racial diversity -doesn't participate in enough social justice work in cannabis
