terrible work culture - Operations Lean Solutions Group Employee Review

My time at Lean Solutions Group was extremely disappointing. The work environment felt toxic, and the way many supervisors interact with staff is unprofessional, dismissive, and often downright disrespectful. The culture is dominated by intense micromanagement that makes it almost impossible to feel trusted, valued, or able to perform without constant pressure. Another major issue is the instability they create with temporary contracts — keeping people in limbo for long periods with no clear communication or transparency about when (or if) you’ll ever be brought on as a direct employee. It feels like they use this uncertainty to their advantage. Overall, this was one of the worst work environments I’ve experienced — not because the company itself lacks potential, but because the internal culture and the people managing it create a very negative and demoralizing atmosphere. I would strongly recommend anyone considering a role here to think twice
