Pros
Their hiring and onboarding team were very kind and warm, while staying professional througout the whole process. They coordinated all interviews and internal processes when getting myself an account to work with. They share all the information you need in order to excel and the job and continuosly share resources to keep learning and growing professionally.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind, except, towards the end, they became less flexible and controlling over their workers, adding extra steps and processes to an already great workflow that didn't really make sense at the time, which is why I left
