Most of them are young and there is a good working environment
Cons
They fire you without any reason, they tell you that you are doing great and that your results are good and then they fire you without giving you any reason, they don't answer any mail or calls either. In my case I had the misfortune to fall into the worst account where there are no real opportunities to grow.
