Pros
The people on the same level as you can be really nice, the higher the position, the worse.
Cons
There's clearly a favoritism running on the company, there's no real potential growth within the company. The salaries are all different even if two employees are doing the same tasks, when asking for a promotion or a higher salary they keep you waiting for long periods of time and most of the times they don't give you neither of the above. Some processes are ridiculously long and they give no explanation whatsoever. They don't really care about their employees and sometimes they kick you out without an explanation. Even if feedback is given, it's not taken into consideration or it's poorly taken into consideration. The personnel is not trained accordingly, the lectures and workshops should be more inclusive (raise awareness on LGTBQ+ issues, different types of bodies, racism, misogyny, mental health, etc,) It doesn't feel like you have a secured job, it feels like you can be replaced anytime.
