Pros
Lean Solutions is one of the highest paying companies in the country, but this is only a monetary reason. What makes the organization outstand is their treatment to employees. I had to battle a great tragedy in my life, and it affected my performance and duty to the company, despite, I was given enough time, attention, and support as I go through it. I wouldn't wish for anything else.
Cons
The only challenge I had is the dilemma to leave the company as it doesn't have a full-time remote set-up yet, and that the situation I gone through requires it - I had to regretfully leave.
