Pros
Good to make money if it's sales but no opportunity to grow you can be there for around 5 years in the same role and you have to ask for increase every year because they don't do it.
Cons
They don't care about your mental health, I was fired after letting them know I was during a process because my pet died and I broke down while working, had to go to hospital and they said they'll help but they just fired me the next day.
