There is a lot of favoritism going on when it comes to growth, and virtually no chance for regular employees to do so naturally. And when they do get to move up, the pay is so ridiculously low, it's not worth the stress. The entry salaries grow and surpass those of employees with more seniority, and they only ever get adjusted if and when you ask about it. I worked seven years here, so glad to be gone
