They prioritize micromanagement instead of quality in their empolyees. Theres a lot of good employees being kicked out cuz of some nonsense micromanagent and a lot of useless workers that just stay between the lines. Location, everything is overpriced around it, feels like buying at an airport without any quality. Management is so poorly, they dont follow their own rules and apply them as they convey them. Xenophobic environment.
