Pros

Awesome schedule. Amazing co-workers. Great teachers. Wonderful work environment.

Cons

The health insurance is absolutely horrible. There are three tiers. Level 1 being for the young single college graduate that has no medical costs or monthly medications. Level 2 is very similar w/slightly cheaper deductibles(however both sky high). Tier 3 is a PPO. It's a decent plan! HOWEVER, it's almost $1300/month for a family! That's NOT including dental which is $110, Vision $15, and any FSA you'd like to take out which for my family is absolutely necessary. The max amount of $2550 which equates to $212/month. This is ALSO, not including any AD&D, life insurance, long term/short term disability... that we CERTAINLY can't afford! After adding all this, $1600 is deducted from one's paycheck!!! Absolutely ludicrous!!!
