Pros
Teachers are valued and treated with respect. Teachers are never expected to prove themselves, only improve themselves. The best interest of the child is always top concern when making decisions, changes, and improvements. The district brings in top consultants for trainings and supports teacher learning in many ways.
Cons
Parents are given a little too much control- can get whatever they want. Behind in technology. Pay could use improvements.
