Cons
1. WFH set doesn't make it easier 2. Weekly & monthly performance review process will make you question your potential and self-worth every day 3. No team engagement activities, it makes less motivating to work 4. Managers and POD leaders are bluffing the management by moonlighting, i do not want to name the POD leader who is running his/her own business along with full time job with leap scholar 5. Just hiring a skilled and potential candidate is not enough, you need to retain him/her by giving a good environment and better work culture to perform 6. No better leads to perform, partially in distributing leads. 7. A low performer will continue to be low and high performer will be given all resources to keep on achieving 8. Appraisals are slow and not lucrative
