Pros

Top-of-the-line suite of products in a high-growth, exciting industry (albeit, once the pandemic is past us). Great people to work with, all of whom have a passion for the arts, music, and culture. Dedicated management team that is very transparent by conducting regular town halls to keep employees informed. Good benefits, competitive salaries, remote working. Never a dull moment!

Cons

Consolidation of our ticketing products is needed so we can offer a more streamlined solution to our clients. At times there is a lack of communication between teams that creates confusion (but I would imagine most companies have this problem). 401k match could be better (it's suspended at the moment, but I get it, we're in a pandemic). I noticed some rather harsh reviews on here, and feel the need to comment on them. We did have two layoffs, as COVID absolutely devastated the live entertainment industry, and our company was no exception. Drastic measures needed to be taken, and while it was extremely sad to see so many of our teammates let go, it was necessary for the survival of the company. As for the ripping into management, I don't think that's fair. I'm not in management, but I did appreciate the fact that they kept us informed as to what was going on, and they handled the layoffs with dignity and respect. I'm sure those reviews were driven by bitterness and resentment.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of working here is the fully remote and highly flexible work environment. While the workload can often exceed a standard 40-hour week, the company provides employees with the autonomy to manage their schedules responsibly. Whether it's attending an appointment, volunteering at a child's school, or taking a longer lunch when needed, there is a strong culture of trust and accountability. As long as you communicate effectively and deliver results, leadership provides the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

Cons

Career growth and advancement paths could benefit from greater transparency. While there are opportunities for development, it can sometimes be difficult to understand the specific expectations, milestones, or experiences required to progress to the next level. More clearly defined career paths and consistent guidance around advancement criteria would help employees better navigate their long-term growth within the organization.
