      Leap is a company that prizes work life balance. More than half our company is based in Europe the other half in North America. Leap has a unique position in the energy market as a VPP that offers greater market access to any clean-energy DER within the participation regions.

      Cons

      The product, development, and operational practices are more novice than the standards set in places like Silicon Valley.

      Pros

      The product is very cool and interesting sets of clients. Some nice and supportive colleauges. Work-life balance can be tricky during certain time of the year but mostly okay.

      Cons

      Product concept is new so there are a lot of ambiguities in overal direction. Frequent re-org can make it tough to focus on projects. Sometimes, people are being very gnarly and delayed on feedback.
