Pros

The staff is so chill! They really care about their employees and it's amazing not having someone breathe down your neck. They treat us with a lot of trust which you really don't find much anymore.

Cons

Hours can sometimes be little because its first come first serve, so if you miss the sign up, you won't have much work for the month
