Told that there were no lunches-if you did insist on taking a lunch, then you would have to wait a minimum of 7-8 hrs before doing so, and then you would have to "make up" the time you took for lunch. Entire focus was on dealing with mistakes and angry customers rather than trying to correct the bad processes and satisfy customers.
