      Fascinating community to cover; copmplex, multi-faceted, and located in a gorgeous mountain valley, the Bitterroot.

      Too small for anything like promotions.

      None that I know of.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, 70-hour work weeks, constant fear of staff reductions, community calls daily complaining about the lack of news. I could go on forever.
