Pros
You get a fair amount of time off after a certain amount of years, I believe it caps out at four weeks of vacation. Also they offer health insurance, it's not the greatest, but it's also not the worst.
Cons
Where to start! So in my department our supervisor doesn't have our backs or supports us. You're constantly treated like you're trying to get one over on the company. Also there are favorites being played all the time, if you aren't in the up and up and sucking up you're treated like a worker bee. In my department we're salaried so that means you HAVE to work a minimum of 45+ hours a week, our supervisor doesn't respect our personal time at all and expects us to constantly be willing to come in and work 24/7. If you have open routes in your district you're threatened with having to work seven days a week until all your routes are filled. I think I'll just leave it here, because I could go on for days.
