      Bad pay, increasing benefits costs, increasing workloads due to cuts, lack of appreciation or vision from management, terrible online presence and approach.

      None that I know of.

      Cons

      Poor benefits, 70-hour work weeks, constant fear of staff reductions, community calls daily complaining about the lack of news. I could go on forever.
