Constant changes in standards - Customer Service Representative Lee Enterprises Employee Review

Constant changes in how you did your job, the local office was constantly adding more work to my job, but the employees never got to benefit financially, management treated the new employees better than their veterans. I worked there for 5 years, and should have had my choice of work hour schedule, over someone new (been their for 3 months).
